Overview

Responsibilities
- Diagnostic and Mechanical Repair Expertise : Lead by example with top-tier diagnostics, diesel repairs, and maintenance, ensuring high quality and efficiency while mentoring and enhancing team performance
- Documentation and Communication : Complete detailed documentation, clearly communicate issues and solutions to supervisors and customers, and utilize computer tools for task management
- Technical Support and Training : Stay current with technical knowledge, pursue relevant training, address customer complaints, and seize opportunities to improve service and drive sales

Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years’ of Service Technician/Diesel Mechanic experience and/or related military experience
- Ability to travel to customer locations, Titan locations, and offsite training facilities, as needed
- Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently
- Exceptional Documentation and Communication Abilities
- Must have your own tools, or the ability to acquire them prior to starting
