• Work Modality: On-site (1 working from home day)

• Contract Type: Contrato a Término Indefinido (Direct Colombian payroll contract with 100% legal statutory benefits: Prima, Cesantías, Intereses, Vacaciones, ARL)

• Working Schedule: Monday till Friday from 8 am till 6 pm

The Associate Journey: As an Associate, you’ll be at the center of this mission. Think of yourself as the bridge between brilliant clients and industry experts who hold the keys to crucial insights. This is a front-line commercial and sourcing role where you'll drive outreach, make calls, negotiate participation, and hit daily/monthly KPIs while building executive sales and negotiation skills.

3. Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)

• Get Smart on New Markets: Quickly understand industries, trends, and client needs. Learn how to absorb information fast and translate it into effective sourcing strategies.

• Expert Sourcing: Use LinkedIn, databases, and online tools to identify and source experts across industries. Be resourceful and creative in finding the right people who can deliver real impact.

• Initial Outreach: Contact potential experts through cold calls, emails, and messages. Build confidence, resilience, and the ability to capture someone’s attention in the first few seconds, developing real sales skills in the process.

• Convincing and Negotiation: Persuade and engage experts by building trust, handling objections, and securing participation in projects. Apply emotional intelligence by adapting your tone, reading people, and connecting with them authentically.

• Qualification: Conduct screening calls to assess expertise and fit. Develop your ability to ask the right questions, evaluate answers, and ensure relevance while creating a positive experience for the expert.

• Compliance and Data Security: Handle sensitive client and expert information responsibly, always adhering to Infoquest’s policies and industry regulations.

• KPI Achievement: Consistently work toward daily and monthly targets around calls, outreaches, and expert confirmations.

Requirements

• Experience: 0–4 years of professional experience in business, research, or client-facing roles. Whether you’re a fresh graduate or an early-career professional, this role is built for ambitious talent ready to grow fast.

• Languages: Business-fluent English (C1/C2) for cold outreach, screening calls, and international stakeholder engagement.

• Work Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work in Colombia.

• Organization & Time Management: Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects at once; experience managing multiple projects while meeting daily and monthly KPI targets is a plus.

• Tools & Technology: Experience using LinkedIn and online tools to identify and qualify experts is a plus.
