Product Owner – Web Application Development

Are you passionate about turning customer needs into impactful web experiences? We're looking for a Product Owner who can define product vision, prioritize innovation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital solutions.

Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

- Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for web applications.
- Align product priorities with business goals and user needs.
- Gather and analyse requirements from stakeholders and customers.
- Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize features, defects, and technical improvements based on value and impact.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive, accessible experiences.
- Work closely with frontend, backend, QA, and engineering teams.
- Ensure requirements are understood and actionable before development begins.
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Make timely decisions to resolve questions and remove delivery blockers.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, dependencies, risks, and scope changes.
- Use customer feedback, analytics, and market research to guide decisions.
- Define success measures and assess outcomes after feature releases.
- Balance new features with maintenance, performance, security, and technical debt.
- Support quality assurance and confirm completed work meets acceptance criteria.
- Ensure web application requirements consider usability, scalability, and accessibility.
- Maintain clear product documentation and communicate roadmap updates.

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Product Owner/Product Management experience.
- Strong experience managing product backlogs, defining roadmaps, and delivering web-based application.
- Bring 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership or related product roles.
- Experience with Jira or similar tools and web technologies is an advantage.
