- Provide exceptional Deep Tissue and Swedish Massage services tailored to each client's individual needs and goals.
- Conduct client consultations and assessments to ensure safe, effective, and personalized treatment plans.
- Educate clients on recovery strategies, self-care techniques, stress management, and wellness practices.
- Create a professional, comfortable, and relaxing environment that promotes an outstanding client experience.
- Build strong client relationships that support satisfaction, retention, and rebooking.
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, supplies, and documentation in accordance with established standards.
- Collaborate with spa and wellness team members to deliver a seamless and exceptional service experience.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- Current Massage Therapy license, certification, registration, or other credential as required by applicable state regulations.
- Completion of an accredited Massage Therapy program.
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency in Deep Tissue Massage and Swedish Massage .
- Strong understanding of anatomy, muscle recovery, and therapeutic massage techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
