Responsibilities
- Responsible for scheduling incoming orders and finished goods planning
- Generate shipping plan on a daily basis
- Communicate back log to the field on a daily basis
- Work with Customer Service and Sales groups on customer needs (hot rushes)
- Cover vacations as needed in Shipping/Receiving and for Materials Manager
- Work with Materials Manager for accurate inventory control
- Work with Production Manager to communicate customer needs and set batch priorities
- Cut production tickets daily
- Maintain schedule adherence or communicate divergences to Operations Manager, Customer Service, and Sales
Requirements
- Lead or supervisor experience preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent
- High level of safety consciousness
- Excellent team player
- High degree of knowledge for both Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of SAP, preferred
- High attention to detail
- Ability to communicate to both internal teammates and customers
