Mobile Mechanic – Gillette, WY

Schedule This is a full-time position. It's active roadside and fleet maintenance work, not a standard shop-bound job. Expect:
- Shifts that can run 12+ hours per day, including after-hours callouts
- Local travel to roadside service dispatches
- Work in extreme weather and outdoor conditions
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair in-house fleet vehicles as well as customer vehicles roadside, including tractor-trailers, medium-duty box trucks, pickups, and passenger vehicles
- Utilize state-of-the-art towing and dispatch technology and telematics software
- Operate company equipment in full compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain assigned mobile service trucks, tools, and facilities in safe working condition
- Support daily operations and maintain a strong safety mindset
Qualifications
- 21+ years old
- Valid driver's license required. Class A CDL is preferred but not required
- Previous diesel mechanic experience or formal training required
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Ability to work long hours and handle physically demanding roadside conditions
- Able to lift 50 lbs occasionally, 25 lbs frequently
