Your Role

- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-surgical, balance, and mobility-related conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans to improve movement, function, and quality of life.
- Provide hands-on interventions, therapeutic exercises, functional training, and patient education.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support meaningful outcomes.
- Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and fellow clinicians to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
- Provide clinical coverage at our Damascus and Saltville locations as needed.

Requirements

- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to evidence-based care and a collaborative team environment.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply!

Compensation & Benefits

- Competitive Salary: $75,000–$90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
