About this role
Reporting to: VP of Growth
Location: UK or Netherlands, Remote
As Growth Operations Manager, you will drive measurable pipeline impact across all demand channels (Marketing, SDR, and AE). You own the marketing ops tooling stack, dig into the data to find where growth is being left on the table, and bring the right people together to act on it. You balance global consistency with regional agility across all product lines. You combine all of this to drive commercial innovation: testing new motions, tools and plays, and scaling the ones that work.
Core Pillars
- Marketing Ops Tooling Stack: Own and optimize the demand gen tech stack (Salesforce, Pardot, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) so data flows cleanly from first touch to qualified pipeline.
- Analytics & Opportunity Identification: Analyze funnel, segment and channel data to find what's working, what isn't and why, and turn that into concrete actions.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Bring Marketing, SDR, Sales and Enablement together around shared definitions, processes and targets, and keep teams accountable to them.
- Commercial Innovation: Combine tooling, insight and alignment to design, test and scale new ways of generating pipeline.
Key Responsibilities in the role
1. Marketing Ops Tooling Stack
- Own attribution in Salesforce, building models that give a defensible view of marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline.
- Support the technical setup of Pardot and its integration with Salesforce, including sync, field mapping, lead routing and data flow between the two.
- Implement and scale prospecting data and automation (Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) for enrichment, signal-based orchestration and personalized outbound.
- Keep all marketing processes and tools aligned with Salesforce as the global source of truth.
- Manage vendor renewals and tool utilization to get maximum return on global spend.
2. Analytics & Opportunity Identification
- Go beyond dashboards: dig into funnel conversion, velocity and drop-off to find root causes, not just symptoms.
- Find untapped opportunity by segment, region, product line and channel, and size it.
- Build segmentation models, including territory and coverage analysis, to direct each channel where it will have the most impact.
- Turn findings into specific, prioritized recommendations with clear owners, and track whether they moved the numbers.
- Test hypotheses with data before they become plans, and challenge assumptions when the data says otherwise.
3. Stakeholder Alignment
- Define and maintain global lifecycle models (Lead/Account), with regional variations where needed.
- Work with SDRs and AEs to improve lead handoff, qualification and self-sourced prospecting workflows.
- Partner with Enablement to drive onboarding and adoption of demand gen tools and processes.
- Run a regular operating rhythm with channel owners: agree the metrics, review them, and follow up on commitments.
4. Commercial Innovation
- Identify and pilot new demand motions, plays and tools (including AI), with clear success criteria.
- Scale what works across regions and channels, and retire what doesn't.
- Automate manual steps across the funnel to improve speed and data quality.
Experience & Profile
- Experience in Marketing or Revenue Operations (global/multi-region experience preferred).
- Hands-on CRM expert (Salesforce preferred), with experience building attribution and funnel models.
- Hands-on experience with Pardot or a similar marketing automation platform.
- Modern stack savvy: experience with Clay or similar enrichment/GTM automation tools, and you enjoy experimenting with new tools and AI.
- Analytical rigor: you find the "so what" in the data and push it through to action, with pipeline impact ahead of vanity metrics.
- Diplomacy: able to influence senior stakeholders and bridge regional differences without losing your mind (or our data integrity).
What Success Looks Like
Within 6 months, demand gen processes are measurably better, attribution is trusted across Marketing, Sales and Finance, and your analysis has led to concrete changes in how and where we go to market. Teams move faster thanks to enrichment and automation, and at least one new commercial motion has been piloted and is either scaling or has been stopped based on the evidence.
