Full Stack Developer

Position Summary

Uneekor, Inc. uses technology and design to connect the world through golf, empowering every golfer to be the best version of themselves on and off the course. We have revolutionized the US golf simulator industry through launch monitor technology, innovative simulator software, and an open technology platform that gives golfers the freedom to build the simulator experience that fits their game.

We are seeking Full Stack Developer to design, develop, maintain, and optimize applications and systems that support Uneekor’s growing business. This role will contribute to both frontend and backend development, including user interfaces, application logic, databases, APIs, and integrations across Uneekor’s ecommerce, business, customer service, and operational systems.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who can work independently, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and understand how individual applications fit into a larger technology ecosystem. The successful candidate will identify opportunities to improve application functionality, system reliability, operational efficiency, and overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain frontend and backend applications, services, and software features.

- Build intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces that support business processes and customer experiences.

- Develop backend application logic, services, APIs, and database solutions.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and development best practices.

- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot defects, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

- Develop and maintain APIs, data connections, and integrations with platforms such as Shopify, NetSuite, Acumatica, Stripe, Loop, HubSpot, Gorgias, and other third-party applications.

- Build and support data flows connecting ecommerce, customer service, finance, sales, marketing, operations, and other business functions.

- Design and maintain database structures, SQL queries, stored procedures, and data workflows as appropriate.

- Troubleshoot application errors, integration failures, data inconsistencies, and performance issues across connected systems.

- Investigate whether technical issues originate in frontend applications, backend services, databases, integration logic, or third-party platforms.

- Identify redundant, inefficient, or unnecessarily complex integrations and recommend practical improvements.

- Establish reliable integration patterns and document technical solutions, system dependencies, and data flows.

- Partner with Product, Operations, Customer Support, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and other teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.

- Evaluate proposed requirements and solutions, recommending simpler, more efficient, or more customer-friendly alternatives when appropriate.

- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, streamline workflows, and improve customer journey.

- Take ownership of assigned projects from requirements gathering and development through testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

- Work effectively with limited direction while recognizing when additional input or collaboration is needed.

- Document applications, integrations, development processes, and technical decisions to support maintainability and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications / Knowledge / Critical Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered.

- 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience, including experience with both frontend and backend development.

- Experience developing and maintaining web applications across the full software stack.

- Experience with modern frontend technologies, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks or libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and integrating third-party services.

- Experience with relational databases, SQL, database design, and data management.

- Experience integrating multiple business applications, ecommerce platforms, or SaaS solutions.

- Understanding of software testing, debugging, version control, application security, and deployment practices.

- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across frontend applications, backend services, databases, and system integrations.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Demonstrated ability to understand technical problems from both a business and customer perspective.
