We’re growing our Telemedicine Services team and looking for an enthusiastic, dependable Medical Assistant who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and making a difference in the patient experience.

Do you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly? As a Telemedicine Medical Assistant, you’ll help connect patients, providers, and clinic teams to support convenient, personalized care.

You’ll play an important role in ensuring patients receive timely communication, follow-up, and support throughout their telemedicine experience. If you’re a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a primary point of contact for patients receiving telemedicine services.
- Coordinate patient care with telehealth providers and clinic teams.
- Prepare, update, and maintain accurate patient documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Communicate normal laboratory results to patients within established protocols and provide appropriate education.
- Respond promptly and professionally to patient questions and concerns.
- Escalate clinical questions or concerns to the appropriate provider.
- Schedule follow-up appointments and assist with payment processing.
- Track open patient concerns and follow through to ensure timely resolution.
- Create a positive, compassionate patient experience through every interaction.
- Support the Telehealth Supervisor with reporting, tracking, and daily operational needs.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

- Active Medical Assistant certification required.
- Previous experience in telemedicine, virtual care, or clinical coordination preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage multiple patient needs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.
- Dependable, adaptable, and professional with a patient-first mindset.
- Strong commitment to patient confidentiality and privacy.
- Successful completion of a background check, if required.

Schedule & Work Arrangement

Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Hybrid Schedule:

- Monday: In-office
- Tuesday: In-office
- Wednesday: Remote
- Thursday: In-office
- Friday: Remote

Candidates must be able to work onsite on designated days and maintain a productive, professional remote work environment on work-from-home days.
