We represent a firm seeking a Legal Assistant - Workers' Comp in Middletown, NJ for a Direct-Hire Career Opportunity.
Pay: $60k - $70k
Responsibilities:
Prepare legal documents and e-file with courts Effectively communicate with clients, attorneys and court representatives Must have knowledge of Worker's Comp Law
Requirements:
MUST have 2+ years of Workers' Compensation experience; we will consider candidates from Insurance companies with WC experience. Paralegal certification is a plus!
