Overview
Monmouth Trading Cards is looking for energetic, customer-focused Seasonal Retail Sales Associates to join our Framingham team for the upcoming holiday season. This role is focused on delivering a high-quality customer experience, supporting holiday sales, and helping customers navigate the trading card and collectibles market.
You’ll work in a fast-paced, exciting holiday retail environment engaging with collectors, gift shoppers, hobbyists, and new customers. This is a temporary seasonal position ending on December 31st.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Engagement: Assist holiday shoppers, collectors, and parents with purchases, gift recommendations, and product questions.
• Store & Sales Support: Drive sales of sealed products, single cards, card supplies, and holiday gift items.
• Fast-Paced Checkout: Process transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently during high-traffic store hours.
• Floor & Merchandising: Restock inventory, maintain organized product displays, and ensure store cleanliness.
• Seasonal Events & Rush: Support peak holiday sales periods, special store promotions, and high-volume foot traffic.

Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a welcoming, customer-first attitude.
• Availability: Reliable with flexible availability during peak seasonal hours, including evenings, weekends, and holiday shopping surges.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced holiday retail environment.
• Interest in or knowledge of trading cards, sports cards, or TCGs (e.g., Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, sports collectibles) is highly preferred.
• Prior retail, cashier, or customer service experience is a plus.

Position Duration & Schedule
• Term: Temporary employment starting immediately through December 31st.
• Hours: Part-Time and Full-Time seasonal schedules available depending on store coverage needs.
