DiGeronimo Development is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented commercial cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment across our facilities. This is a daytime position that is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and wants a consistent schedule with no evening or overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize amenity spaces, lobbies, and common areas.
- Clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms (soap, paper towels, toilet paper)
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and spot clean floors, carpets, and entryways.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, counters, fixtures, windowsills, and high-touch points such as door handles and light switches.
- Clean interior glass, mirrors, and partitions.
- Safely use, store, and maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Report maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards promptly.
- Follow all company policies, building security procedures, and confidentiality expectations in client or office spaces.
Do you have what it takes?
Required
- Previous cleaning, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred though willingness to learn is valued; Some experience necessary.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete assigned areas.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality for a 6:00am start.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Preferred
- Experience operating commercial equipment such as auto-scrubbers, buffers, or carpet extractors.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds.
- Ability to push and operate cleaning carts and equipment.
- Comfort working with standard commercial cleaning products.
