Job Title: Underground and Utility Manager Job Description
Oversee all underground plumbing, utility installations, and site development operations, ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards while delivering projects on time and within budget. Manage field crews and coordinate projects with contractors and municipalities to ensure quality workmanship and efficient workflow across all underground utility projects.
Responsibilities

- Oversee underground plumbing, utility installations, and site development operations.
- Handle scheduling, permits, and coordination with utility companies or general contractors.
- Train staff and supervise field employees.
- Conduct tool box talks and safety talks.
Essential Skills
- Experience in construction management and construction safety.
- Excavation certifications.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Proficiency in handling RFIs and change orders.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Comfortable with travel; travel reimbursement provided.
- Experience with scheduling and permit handling.
Work Environment
The role involves working on-site from 7am to 5pm, with 70% fieldwork and 30% office work. Saturdays are required as needed. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $140000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. 401k, dental, vision, medical, growth, etc
