About the Role
DNC Facility Services is hiring Cleaning Technicians to join our overnight team at the Curtis Culwell Center in Garland. After each event, our crew resets the entire facility so it’s clean, safe, and ready for the next day.
You’ll be assigned to a zone with a Cleaning Lead, under an on-site Site Supervisor. Each person on the crew has a clear role and knows what is expected of them.

Schedule
- Overnight shift: 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM
- 31 scheduled event dates through June, many of them 3 nights in a row
- Event dates are set in advance so you can plan ahead
- You must be available for scheduled event nights
Pay
- Starting at $18/hour
- Opportunities for raises and leadership roles based on performance
What You’ll Do
- Remove trash and debris throughout the facility
- Clean seating areas, aisles, and common spaces
- Clean and restock restrooms
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces
- Clean suites, locker rooms, and back-of-house areas
- Support floor care and overall facility readiness
- Finish your assigned area to standard before the building opens in the morning
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable attendance, since the team counts on you every event night
- Able to stand, walk, and lift for a full overnight shift
- Takes direction well and works well with a team
- Pays attention to detail and takes pride in the work
- Previous cleaning, janitorial, or event cleanup experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
