About the Role

Alpaca Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join an ABA practice and provide high-quality, individualized care to clients and families.

As a BCBA, you will work closely with clients, caregivers, and your clinical team to develop and implement effective treatment plans while supporting meaningful progress and skill development.

Responsibilities

- Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Provide and oversee evidence-based ABA services.
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
- Make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with caregivers and other members of the care team.
- Provide clinical guidance and supervision to behavior technicians, as applicable.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Follow BACB ethical standards and applicable state requirements.

Qualifications

- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Active LBA license
- Experience providing ABA services.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based care.
- Current CPR certification
