About this role

About the role

The Transformation Manager connects globally driven transformation with successful regional execution. The role combines responsibility for one or more assigned enterprise transformations with a regional anchor, ensuring wider transformation requirements are built into source plans and that change lands coherently, practically and sustainably in the region.

You will provide an integrated view of transformation across the region, help enterprise transformations land consistently across markets, and give the Regional SLT clear visibility of priorities, dependencies, risks, decisions, capacity and readiness.

Reports to: Head of Business Transformation

What you’ll do

Global Transformation Integration

- Work alongside the accountable Program Manager to identify the wider regional transformation requirements and build them into the source plan
- Surface gaps or inconsistencies early and help resolve them across the Business Office, Product & Technology, functions and regions

Regional Transformation Agenda & Senior Leadership Team Partnership

- Act as the Transformation Office partner to the Regional SLT, connecting enterprise transformation priorities with regional priorities and business realities
- Provide clear visibility of what is changing, what matters next, where capacity or sequencing is constrained and where decisions or escalation are needed
- Support the Regional SLT to make informed trade-offs while preserving agreed enterprise outcomes and standards

Regional Portfolio, Governance & Reporting

- Own and actively manage the regional transformation board and portfolio view, including milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, capacity and readiness
- Apply enterprise portfolio and PM standards proportionately and connect regional information into enterprise reporting and governance

Activation, Readiness & Adoption

- Translate enterprise models, processes, products/services, releases and ways of working into practical regional activation plans
- Alongside the Transformation Office Change and Communications Managers, assess readiness and absorbability across the combined change agenda, including capacity, capability, communications, training and leadership readiness
- Identify legitimate local variation and work with Change, Communications and functional teams to support adoption

Cross-Region Coordination & Learning

- Coordinate with other Transformation Managers on shared transformations, dependencies, risks and common needs
- Connect Regional SLTs or delivery teams where priorities, capacity or sequencing cross regional boundaries
- Reuse effective practices and feed regional insight, lessons and issues back into enterprise decisions

Value Realization & BAU Transition

- Ensure regional outcomes, adoption measures and value requirements are connected to enterprise transformation objectives
- Support clear transition into BAU, including local ownership, reinforcement and continuous-improvement mechanisms
- Escalate material barriers that could prevent intended business value from being realised
