This listing is for one paid task in the Kled app: "Rental Agreements". There is no interview and no minimum hours: download the app, open the task, and you are paid per accepted submission.

What you will do

Upload a rental or lease agreement, every page. Then tell us in a few words what it's for.

Steps

- Complete identity verification
- Find the rental or lease agreement file, the one you signed
- Upload it from your Files app, every page in order
- Mark where the main clauses begin
- Write one paragraph on what the agreement actually does

What gets rejected

- No sample or template agreements
- Nothing you are contractually barred from sharing
- Do not copy the agreement's own preamble as your summary

Accepted: One complete rental or lease agreement, every page in order, with clause markers and a written summary.

Pay

$7.50 per accepted agreement. At a typical pace of about 15 minutes per agreement, that is about $30 per hour. One agreement takes about 15 minutes and pays $7.50. One agreement, every page. You are paid per accepted submission (piecework, independent contractor); submissions that break the rules are not paid. Payouts are made in the app (PayPal, Venmo or a Solana wallet).

Where and when

Open in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and New Zealand (36 countries). Remote, on your own schedule. Independent contractor, piecework; this is not an employment position.

What you need

- An iPhone running iOS 18.6 or later (the Kled app is iPhone-only right now)
- 18 or older
- The original file, downloaded from the app or portal that issued it

How to start

- Download Kled from the App Store: https://apps.apple.com/app/kled/id6752585718 (also at kled.ai/app).
- Create your account and open Tasks.
- Search "Rental Agreements", read the brief and follow the on-screen steps.
- Submit. Accepted submissions are paid in the app.

Every submission is reviewed, and you opt in to a commercial training license on each upload; accepted submissions are licensed to AI labs. Questions: [email protected].
