Knowledge:

- Experience in fundraising, donor relations, sales, account management, business development, nonprofit development, ministry, or another relationship-focused field preferred.
- Understanding of relationship development, donor stewardship, customer service, or account management principles.
- Ability to work toward measurable fundraising, retention, engagement, and relationship-development goals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to professionally represent Fresno Mission with donors and community partners.
