Responsibilities:
- Work closely with sales team to achieve company sales target.
- Assist sales team on handling all administrative jobs / other ad-hoc tasks
- Handle customers ’ inquiry through mail & phone (e.g. preparing quotation and proforma invoice, tracking delivery schedule, handling order cancellation etc.)
- Responsible for handling customer PO and monitoring order status (e.g. order entry, payment collection, delivery arrangement, sales and credit release, etc.)
- Customer relationship building
Requirements:
- F. 6 or above education background
- With strong competency as listed above
- Fresh graduate will be considered
- Immediate available is highly preferred
