The Supervisor of Nursing oversees daily operations within the hospital's nursing department, ensuring high standards of patient care and staff performance. This role involves coordinating schedules, managing workflow, and providing guidance to nursing staff while maintaining compliance with hospital policies. The Supervisor also collaborates with other healthcare professionals to promote efficient and effective care delivery.
Experience: 2 years of clinical experience including time in a charge nurse and preceptor role
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
License/Certification: Active state RN license, BLS
