Palm Beach Tan is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team! Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers, delivering an exceptional in-store experience
• Educate clients on tanning & wellness services, membership packages, and skincare products
• Drive sales by recommending upgrades, add-ons, and retail products
• Process membership sign-ups, transactions, and account updates accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming salon environment
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Open and close the salon, following all operational procedures
Requirements:
• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Must be 18 years of age or older
