Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to residents under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Adhere to all regulatory and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
- Current certification and licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L).
- Ability to work on a PRN (as needed) basis with a flexible schedule.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing environment preferred.
