Change Management Introduction
The Baylor Scott & White Change Management Strategy at its core is about preparing, equipping, and supporting people through organizational, digital, and workflow transitions. It ensures that every change—whether process, technology, or experience based—is understood, adopted, and sustained by the teams who bring it to life. Our Change Management function partners closely with operational, clinical, and digital stakeholders to translate strategy into clear, actionable steps; anticipate and remove barriers; and create the communication, training, and readiness structures that drive successful adoption. We focus on aligning people, processes, and systems so that change is not only implemented, but embraced, measured, and continuously improved across the organization.
