Elements Massage is looking for a friendly, motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team!
We're more than just a massage studio. We're dedicated to helping our clients prioritize their well-being, relax, and feel their best. As part of our team, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, building client relationships, and helping guests find the services and memberships that fit their needs.

Responsibilities
- Guide clients through our wellness membership options using a proven sales process
- Connect authentically with new and returning clients — listening is key!
- Turn any customer concerns into moments of exceptional service
- Support overall studio success through cleanliness, organization, and teamwork
- Upsell service enhancements and encourage long-term relationships through membership sales
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
