The Customer Care Coordinator’s responsibilities include: Processing orders, Accounts receivable and customer service.

Reporting Relations

Accountable and Reports to: Vice President, Controller

Positions that Report to you: None

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- Maintaining and ensuring food safety. Report any food safety deviations to your supervisor immediately.
- Reports to work when scheduled and on time. Adheres to company policies and departmental guidelines.
- Adjusts/reconciles accounts receivable and uploads positive pay.
- Log orders, print and supply copies for individual departments.
- Answers phones, gates, greets customers and salespersons.
- Replenishes and orders office supplies as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Worker Characteristics:

- Attention to detail and follow through is necessary while working independently.
- This individual is preferred to be bi-lingual (Spanish-English)
- Ability to read and interpret written or verbal instructions.
- This person must have the ability to relate well with people.
- Understanding the need for and ensuring confidentiality.

Education and Experience:

High school education/equivalent or related experience.

Physical Requirements:

This is considered a semi-skilled position.  Frequent to constant handling, grasping, constant listening, talking, hearing, seeing, reading, dealing with people, influencing others, evaluating information.

Working Conditions:

- Duties performed mostly in office setting.
- Frequent deadlines exist while handling multiple tasks.
- Daily contact occurs with customers, salespersons and employees.

Equipment Used to Perform Job:

Production machinery, Copy machine and Two-way radio.
