Starting Wage: $22.00/Hour
Schedule: Thursday/Friday 1pm to 5pm
Location: Dallas, OR
Experience: supporting adults with disabilities; driving required.

Hi! Im looking for a caring, dependable DSP who is patient, understanding, and confident supporting adults. I do best with someone who can provide consistent guidance, encourage independence, and help me make safe decisions throughout my day.
Sometimes I may display verbal aggression when frustrated, so I need someone who can remain calm, patient, and help me work through those moments. I also tend to overshare personal information, especially with online friends and in chat rooms, so I need someone who can help me understand appropriate boundaries and practice online safety.
Im looking for someone who has experience supporting adults with disabilities and is a reliable driver to assist with transportation and community activities.
If youre patient, supportive, and able to provide guidance while encouraging my independence, we could be a great fit!

🌻 Who Were Looking For
18 years or older with 1 or more years of care experience
CPR and First Aid certified or willing to get certified
Own a smartphone
Legal U.S. work authorization and background check
Drivers license and insurance for some roles
Must own a car to travel for this client to meet them at different locations for the shift
