WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Nocturnist to join a cohesive team and meet the growing demand of our Hospital ist Program in Franciscan Health.

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will be an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician, who wants to be a part of the Franciscan Health Dyer/Munster Hospitalist Program. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

·         PRN Nocturnist schedule; 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. (as needed).

·         Admission volume: 8-9 per shifts

·         Swing-shift support most nights of the week.

·         Recent experience with intubation required.

·         ACLS/BCLS required for Code Blue and Rapid Responses

·         Open ICU with easy access to specialist consultation

·         Epic electronic health record (Franciscan Health scored above the 90th percentile for Provider satisfaction for the inpatient Epic system)

·         Strong collegial support from specialists

·         Internal and external moonlighting permitted
