Job Summary

We are hiring a dependable Welding Line Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic welding knowledge who wants to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.

You do not need to be an expert welder! Candidates who have taken welding classes, attended a trade school, or have basic welding experience are encouraged to apply. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, follows instructions, and takes pride in producing quality work.

Responsibilities

- Assist with daily welding line operations in a manufacturing environment.
- Perform basic welding tasks as assigned.
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
- Inspect parts for visible defects and ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications

- Basic welding knowledge is required.
- Welding experience is a plus, but advanced welding skills are not necessary.
- Welding students and trade school graduates are encouraged to apply.
