We're seeking a strategic, customer-obsessed Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive partner facing product adoption and business growth. In this role, you'll serve as the critical bridge between product development and go-to-market execution—translating complex products and services within the digital supply chain into compelling narratives that drive measurable outcomes at scale, and resonate with studios, content providers and vendors. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll partner closely with Partner and Content Product Management, Engineering, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape product strategy through deep customer insights and competitive intelligence. You’ll work at the intersection of studio relationships, partner-facing tooling and supply chain operations. The end-to-end marketing lifecycle is designed by you - from informing the product roadmap through voice-of-studio research to crafting positioning and messaging that enables new features and tooling for content providers.

With an exceptional level of ownership and autonomy, you'll develop and execute go-to-market strategies across multiple teams that accelerate awareness, adoption, and long-term engagement. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with creative storytelling, thrives in ambiguous environments, and has a proven track record of launching products that achieve measurable business impact. You must be able to think and act both strategic and tactically - using insights and data to generate innovative ideas for engagement and then move to executing campaigns and optimizing performance. You’ll be comfortable in this high autonomy role, building mechanisms that scale, and driving alignment across a broad stakeholder set.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and sustained engagement
- Define and execute an experimentation roadmap with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and decision rules; translate results into actionable recommendations
- Own growth initiatives end to end—from discovery and customer research through execution, measurement, and iteration
- Conduct in-depth partner research, funnel diagnostics, and competitive benchmarking across other streaming platforms’ partner ecosystems to identify the most promising opportunities and inform the product roadmap
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Design/UX, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing to remove barriers, drive decisions, and deliver impactful outcomes
- Build a deep understanding of target personas, customer journeys, and use cases to identify friction points and prioritize high-impact interventions
- Develop single-source-of-truth documentation including positioning, messaging, best practices, implementation guides, and sales enablement materials
- Define KPIs and reporting processes to track success of marketing initiatives; communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership directly and often
- Establish operating mechanisms (e.g., experiment intake frameworks, funnel reviews, post-launch readouts) that increase team velocity and scale learnings
- Author strategy documents and narratives that secure stakeholder alignment and drive resourcing decisions

Basic Qualifications

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

- Experience communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional product roadmaps through data-driven narratives and strategic recommendations
- Experience in creating and leading execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals
- Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity
- Experience identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions into products and services to drive business value
- Experience analyzing customer journey data and behavioral metrics to diagnose friction points and prioritize interventions
