Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality interior and exterior detailing on new, used, and customer vehicles.
- Complete customer-pay and internal dealership details according to established quality standards.
- Clean, vacuum, shampoo, polish, wax, and protect vehicle interiors and exteriors as needed.
- Prepare vehicles for delivery, display, and resale.
- Support the sales, service, and used-car departments by completing detailing assignments efficiently and on time.
- Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet dealership cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Properly use and maintain detailing equipment, tools, and supplies.
- Manage multiple assignments while meeting dealership deadlines.
- Follow dealership procedures and safety guidelines.
- Work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive dealership detailing experience required.
- Strong knowledge of automotive detailing techniques, products, and equipment.
- Ability to produce consistent, high-quality results with attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist multiple departments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
