- Provide clear, timely, and actionable guidance to business, sales, credit, finance, operations, and legal stakeholders.
- Manage multiple matters and competing priorities with sound judgment, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
- Develop creative, commercially practical solutions to novel or complex issues and contribute to process, template, and knowledge improvements.
- Collaborate effectively across functions, geographies, and levels of the organization while demonstrating a proactive and growth-oriented mindset.

Required Qualifications:

- Sound judgment and the ability to identify, assess, and clearly communicate legal and commercial risk.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented approach, with strong creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple matters simultaneously, and prioritize work based on business needs and risk.
- Strong collaboration skills, professional presence, and a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
