We're looking for a Genesis Valet Concierge who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in ensuring every visit is seamless, welcoming, and reflective of the luxury standards our clients expect.

What you'll be doing:

- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality

- Coordinate valet pick-up and delivery services while ensuring vehicles are handled with care

- Complete vehicle walkarounds and accurately review service work orders with guests

- Assist customers with appointment arrivals, transportation arrangements, and loaner vehicle coordination

- Introduce guests to key vehicle features and answer basic questions as needed

- Maintain clear communication between guests, service advisors, and sales teams

- Help create a seamless luxury experience at every stage of the customer journey

- Ensure all guest interactions reflect the premium standards of the Genesis brand

What we're looking for:

- Experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, or guest-facing roles (automotive experience is an asset but not required)

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

- A polished, professional, and approachable demeanor

- A passion for delivering personalized and memorable customer experiences

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Dependability, integrity, and a strong sense of accountability

- Confidence driving a variety of vehicles and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- A positive attitude and commitment to exceeding guest expectations
