Your Role and Impact

The FPD Supply Chain Program Manager is responsible for leading the regional procurement and sourcing hub operating model across FPD. The role directly manages Regional Hub Managers and is accountable for stable, reliable, scalable, and standardized hub execution across regions. The role combines senior people leadership, operational management, performance governance, site-to-hub transition oversight, continuous improvement, and cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•    Lead, coach, and develop Regional Hub Managers and establish clear accountability for people leadership, service delivery, operational performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.

•    Drive a culture of ownership, transparency, customer focus, disciplined escalation, and adherence to standardized Procurement and Sourcing processes across all regional hubs.

•    Serve as the senior operational liaison among Regional Hubs, FPD Sites and Operations, Sourcing, Global Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Engineering, IT, and Shared Services.

•    Lead the deployment, stabilization, and continuous improvement of the regional Procurement and Sourcing Hub operating model.

•    Establish and maintain standardized operating procedures, workflows, work instructions, approval requirements, sourcing practices, purchasing controls, documentation standards, and escalation paths across the hub network.

•    Ensure each hub operates with clear performance expectations, leadership routines, daily management cadence, and standard work aligned with Global Supply Chain policies, processes, tools, and systems.

•    Lead site-to-hub work transfers and operational transitions, ensuring readiness, capacity planning, system access, data quality, supplier ownership, stakeholder alignment, cutover execution, and post-transition stabilization.

•    Safeguard continuity of supply, purchase order execution, material availability, production requirements, supplier communication, and customer commitments throughout operational changes and transitions.

•    Develop and monitor dashboards, KPIs, governance routines, risk registers, action logs, and performance-review processes to drive visibility, accountability, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and closure of performance gaps.

•    Ensure end-to-end traceability, consistent use of Flowserve systems, and adherence to enterprise policies, procurement controls, service-level commitments, documentation requirements, audit standards, and internal controls.

•    Partner with Finance and business leaders to validate and track realized savings, productivity gains, working-capital improvements, operational efficiencies, service improvements, and capability development across the hub organization.

Required Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Data/Analytics, or a related field.

•    Significant experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Operations, Shared Services, or regional hub operations.

•    Demonstrated experience leading managers and cross-functional teams across multiple regions, sites, functions, or business units.

•    Strong understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes, including purchasing controls, supplier engagement, purchase order execution, approvals, and compliance requirements.

•    Proven ability to establish and improve standardized work, standard operating procedures, workflows, work instructions, performance metrics, and internal controls.

•    Strong project and change management skills, including roadmap development, milestone tracking, risk management, governance, stakeholder communication, readiness planning, and execution management.

•    Experience establishing and managing KPIs, service-level agreements, dashboards, performance reviews, root-cause analysis, and corrective-action plans.

•    Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive actions to closure in a matrixed organization.

•    Ability to travel up to 30%.

Preferred Qualifications

•    Experience leading Procurement or Sourcing centralization, shared-services implementation, hub deployment, operating-model transformation, or large-scale standardization initiatives.

•    Experience supporting ERP, procurement systems, workflow tools, analytics platforms, master-data initiatives, or digital-transformation programs.

•    Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, continuous-improvement, project-management, or change-management methodologies to deliver measurable operational improvements.
