About this role
Lead the team to complete every job safely, meet customer specifications, and deliver on schedule. Reinforce safe work practices, address hazards and quality issues promptly, and monitor production progress so risks to people, part quality, or delivery are identified and resolved early. Track performance through safety incidents and corrective actions, scrap and rework, and on-time delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience working in a CNC job shop.
- Hands-on ability to operate CNC machines; experience with Haas and Doosan machines required.
- Oilfield or oil-and-gas machining experience.
- Experience applying Lean manufacturing principles in a shop environment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and machining specifications.
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, workholding, and inspection practices.
- Prior experience leading or supervising shop employees preferred.
- Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
