About this role
Construction Superintendent | Environmental & Industrial Construction
Lead Critical Environmental and Industrial Projects Across the Western U.S.
We're seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee environmental remediation, industrial facility upgrades, treatment system construction, decommissioning, and demolition projects throughout the Western United States. This position is ideal for a field-focused construction professional who enjoys solving complex site challenges, managing contractors, enforcing safety requirements, and driving successful project execution in active industrial environments. This is not a desk-based project management role. We're looking for a hands-on construction leader who enjoys being in the field, walking projects daily, identifying issues before they become problems, and holding contractors accountable for safety, productivity, and quality.

- Document daily construction activities, observations, and progress reports.
- Support RFI management, submittals, change documentation, and project controls.
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, engineers, safety professionals, and client stakeholders.
