Purpose of the Role:
- Setting goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results
- Drive the refinement and prioritization of the team’s backlog in coordination with the stakeholder
- Reviews and decides on the final system solutions and designs
- Monitors the progress of on-going projects, identifies and manages risk and challenges
- Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports and stakeholders
- Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionals
- Managing difficult to complex large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager
- Identify and review business needs and requirements through stakeholder engagement
- Analyse systems, propose and build the solutions through system configuration, enhancements or upgrade
- Performs peer review of the functional/technical design and solutions proposed by the team members including consultants
- Performs thorough unit testing, system integration testing and supports business testing (UAT)
- Acts as the first level escalation point of complex system production incidents (BAUs)
- Support technical upgrade, system/software maintenance activities from planning, execution and pre/post-validation
- Prepares documentations for audit and change management compliance e.g. RCA and CAPA documentation

Must-Have:
- More than 4 years of university studies (BS in Computer Science, IT or equivalent degree, or equivalent experiences in corresponding roles
- At least 8 to 10 years of relevant functional/technical experience
- Business-fluent English knowledge
- 8 to 10 years of experience as SAP Sales & Distribution consultant having strong familiarity on the end to end process from order to cash including transportation
- Sales order management, delivery processing, billing, e-invoicing, intercompany billing, dms
- Pricing, output determination, Atp, batch and serial management, returns handling, shipment costing, Sd and tm master data, Idoc, bapi, lsmw, Fiori apps
- Functional specification creation for ricefw
Advantage to Have:
- Experience in SAP Vistex DMP (Data Maintenance for Pricing)
- Experience in FSCM (Credit Management)
- ABAP debugging skills for functional, experience in apis, Odata, middleware/interfaces, Webservice (SPROXY, SOAP)
- Familiar with Postman and processing XML/JSON files
- Familiarity on SD integration with other modules MM, FI or EWM
- Has at least 2 SAP full cycle SAP implementations/roll-out experience, and troubleshooting skills for production support
- Analytical, resourceful and can drive requirements gathering, process and solution presentation and discussion with regional teams and business stakeholders
- Knowledge on Agile methodology is an advantage but not required
