Our content reaches almost every Australian - meaning what we do has real impact. We bring people together, celebrate the big moments, and capture the everyday ones. As our iconic and emerging brands continue to evolve, we offer unique opportunities for you to bring fresh ideas, innovate, and make your mark on the future of Australian media.

Job Description

Step into a dynamic role within our Digital Operations team where you will support the rollout of new platform and media integrations while optimising existing workflows across Nine’s thriving digital ecosystem!

Working closely with the Technical Integration & Compliance Lead, you will drive project delivery, foster strong internal stakeholder relationships, and innovate team processes within an evolving digital media landscape.

Day to day you will:

- Partner with leadership to roll out new operational workflows and improve existing processes across digital ad operations.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback on workflow challenges and provide clear updates on media and platform rollouts.
- Create, organise, and maintain up-to-date process documentation and standard operating procedures for the team.
- Curate and manage an Ad Operations database to power key team reports, schedules, and analytics dashboards.
- Maintain organised project trackers to monitor progress, bottlenecks, and delivery milestones effectively.
- Rigorously test new operational workflows, reporting processes, and AI tools to ensure accuracy and high standards.
- Stay informed on automation advances and digital regulatory standards to apply best practices across workstreams.

Qualifications

We are seeking a tenacious self-starter with an inherent curiosity and a strong dedication to service. Approaching challenges with an honest and creative mindset, you will identify bottlenecks, foster innovation, and comfortably propose new ideas while remaining receptive to constructive feedback. As a proactive, forward thinker, you have the autonomy to align your initiatives with team priorities and stay ahead of the curve in automation and operational advances.

What you’ll bring:

- Proven experience in digital advertising or a similar environment within a project coordinator or scheduler role.
- Strong track record of building and maintaining collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex updates clearly.
- High tech literacy across Microsoft, G Suite, and workflow management tools, with practical experience using AI tools for operational efficiency.
- Excellent organisational, time-management, and prioritisation skills with a proven ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, continuous curiosity, and experience managing project tracking or data management tools.
- Relevant qualifications or practical background in drafting SOPs and navigating modern ad tech systems.
