Senior Pricing Analyst, Pricing Department

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and develop technical and commercial pricing for retail products
• Propose and implement pricing strategies and portfolio steering initiatives to meet business objectives
• Monitor portfolio performance and review effectiveness of pricing strategy
• Perform financial impact analysis and provide statistical & analytical support for other business functions
• Design, build, maintain, and optimize rating engines and underwriting rules
• Liaise, collaborate and effectively communicate with various stakeholders to drive business results. Present and convince respective stakeholders with valuate insights to support decision making.
• Mentor, supervise, empower, and develop capabilities of junior members
Key Requirements:
• Degree in Actuarial Science, Computer Science or Mathematics/Statistics equivalent
• Talents with at least 2-5 years of relevant work experience are encouraged to apply
• Good progress in internationally recognized actuarial examinations
• Keen attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High learning agility and work efficiency
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, with good communication skills
• Advantages to candidates having knowledge and interest in Willis Towers Watson pricing software (especially Radar Base), database software, and statistical modelling software for analytics
• Proficient in the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar technologies to enhance productivity and work quality
• Strong computer application skills in MS Office suite and programming language such as Python, SQL
