Your Role
As part of our growing digital workplace team, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint-based solutions that support our internal operations and user experience. Whether you're an experienced individual contributor or a seasoned professional ready to take on a leadership dimension, this role offers room to grow and make a real impact.
- Own the end-to-end customization, development, and implementation of intranet pages, views, forms, lists, libraries, web parts, visual/graphic materials, and other custom components within SharePoint and integrated applications
- Design and deliver solutions aligned with existing branding guidelines and best practices in Content Management, User Adoption, Governance, and Change Management
- Estimate work effort, manage timelines, and drive delivery with a proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach
- Participate actively in project discussions — contribute recommendations, implement solutions, support end users, and attend internal stakeholder meetings as needed
- (For Senior/TL level) Provide guidance and technical direction to junior team members, review deliverables, and support knowledge sharing within the team
- Collaborate effectively using MS Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
- Communicate clearly and confidently in business-fluent English across all levels of the organization
Who You Are

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in SharePoint Development (Associate level) ; 5+ years with team coordination or mentoring experience (Team Lead level)
- Hands-on proficiency in SharePoint development — custom solutions, workflows, forms, and web parts
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, and permissions management
- Experience across SharePoint Online, On-Premises, and hybrid environments
- Familiarity with SharePoint integration with external systems and data sources
- Working knowledge of web development technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and relevant collaboration tools
- Knowledge of Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI is a strong advantage
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of business acumen
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong organizational and time-management skills — able to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Open to learning, adapting, and growing with evolving technologies and processes
- Effective communicator with cross-functional stakeholder management skills
- (For Senior/TL level) Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire team members toward shared goals
