About this role
The role
Connect our in-house systems (including AI-assisted platforms) to each other and to the platforms our clients run: safety databases (Argus, ArisG/LSMV, Veeva Vault Safety), document and content systems (Documentum, Veeva Vault, eTMF), QMS, EDC/CTMS, regulatory and literature platforms, and others as they arise. You personally design, build, troubleshoot and validate the interfaces, and you define how we integrate.
What you’ll do
- Own integrations end to end mapping → build → test → validate → deploy → support.
- Write source-to-target mappings, transformation rules and reconciliation logic.
- Build reconciliation, acknowledgement, retry/replay and duplicate-prevention controls so completeness can be proven.
- Decide API vs file/database interfaces, when middleware is justified, and how vendor upgrades affect interfaces.
- Work in client- and vendor-controlled environments (restricted APIs, firewalls, credentials you don’t own).
- Produce GxP/CSV validation evidence.
Must have
- Hands-on integration engineering, ideally life sciences.
- Integrated multiple regulated life-sciences platforms (safety databases, document/content systems, QMS, EDC/CTMS, eTMF, regulatory systems), not a single system.
- APIs, XML/JSON, SQL, file interfaces, with real troubleshooting.
- Delivered interfaces in a GxP/CSV environment with validation evidence.
- Can own an interface from design through production.
Preferred: Argus, ArisG/LSMV, Veeva Vault (Safety / QualityDocs / eTMF), Documentum, OpenText, TrackWise, EDC/CTMS platforms, E2B R2/R3, middleware/iPaaS (MuleSoft, Boomi), Oracle/PLSQL, AWS, HL7/FHIR, integrating AI-assisted apps into validated platforms.
