About the Role

Are you a natural relationship builder who thrives on winning new business, uncovering opportunities and helping customers achieve their growth ambitions?

As a Senior Relationship Manager , you'll be at the forefront of ANZ's growth strategy, managing and expanding a portfolio of Health and Property Development/Investment customers with lending exposures of up to $75M. Supported by a dedicated micro-team comprising an R&A Manager and two Assistant Managers, you'll have the backing and capability to focus on what you do best: building strong relationships, originating new opportunities and delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

This is a highly visible, growth-focused role where success is driven by your ability to identify new business opportunities, deepen customer relationships and connect clients with ANZ's broad suite of banking solutions. Whether you're leveraging your established industry network, generating referrals or partnering with specialists across the bank, you'll play a key role in growing ANZ's presence in two of our most important and high-potential sectors.

With strong investment in technology, a supportive leadership team and a clear growth agenda, this is an exceptional opportunity to accelerate your career while making a genuine impact for your customers.
