About this role
- Must hold a valid IATA certification relevant to the training domain.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the aviation industry, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Mandatory experience working with an airline.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of IATA regulations, standards, procedures, and industry practices.
- Proven ability to develop comprehensive and effective training materials.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in training tools and technologies for both classroom and virtual learning.
- Ability to motivate, engage, and manage students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Conduct engaging classroom and virtual training sessions, workshops, webinars, and practical learning activities.
- Assess student performance through examinations, assignments, mock tests, and other evaluation methods.
- Provide constructive feedback, individual guidance, and additional academic support to students as required.
- Conduct revision sessions and mock examinations to prepare students for IATA certification examinations.
- Incorporate relevant industry examples and practical insights into training delivery.
- Stay updated on aviation industry developments, IATA regulations, and emerging training methodologies.
- Participate in relevant seminars, webinars, and professional development activities.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and professional learning environment for a multicultural student audience.
