[職務内容]About the job

- 半導体製造工場のクリーンルーム環境において、顧客先のオンサイト業務を担当する。
- 台湾地域の半導体関連顧客に対し、ソフトウェアサポートを提供する。
- ソフトウェアに関する不具合の調査・解析およびトラブルシューティングを行い、顧客向けの技術報告書を作成する。
- 半導体露光装置（リソグラフィ装置）および関連ソフトウェアセットアップ・保守を行う。
- 半導体露光装置の基本的な仕組みや動作原理を習得し、実際の業務に活用する。
- ソフトウェアのリリースノートおよび顧客向け技術文書を英語・日本語で作成する。
- 必要に応じて、週末、祝日・夜間のサポート業務に対応する（頻度は低いものの、発生する可能性あり）。
- 研修や業務のため、海外出張に対応する。主な出張は東南アジアおよび日本とする。
- フィールドサービスエンジニア、現地エンジニアおよび海外技術・開発チーム密接に連携する。
- 顧客と直接コミュニケーションを取り、技術的な状況や調査結果について、分かりやすく正確に報告する。
- 必要に応じて、ソフトウェア問題を技術・開発チームへエスカレーションする。
- エンジニアやチームメンバーを対象としたソフトウェア研修および技術・知識共有セッションを計画・実施する。

- Work on customer sites within semiconductor cleanroom environments.
- Provide software support for Semiconductor customers in Taiwan region.
- Troubleshoot software issues and prepare technical reports for customers.
- Set up and maintain lithography tools and related supporting software.
- Learn and apply fundamental knowledge of lithography tools and operations.
- Prepare software release notes and customer-facing documentation in English/Japanese.
- Provide support during weekends, public holidays, or nighttime when required (infrequent but possible).
- Travel overseas for training\business, mainly within Southeast Asia, Japan.
- Collaborate closely with Field service engineers, on-site engineers and overseas engineering team.
- Communicate directly with customers and deliver clear technical reports.
- Escalate software issues to engineering team when necessary.
- Plan and conduct software training or knowledge-sharing sessions for engineers and team members.

Work Experience

横暴要件：

必須要件

- 中国語（標準中国語・マンダリン）および日本語での読み書き・会話能力を有すること。
- Linux OSの基本的なコマンドや操作に関する知識、および実務経験を有すること。
- 顧客との要件確認や仕様調整・交渉を含む、仕様に関する実務経験がある方を歓迎します。

歓迎要件

- 半導体製造装置、産業用自動化設備、露光装置、成膜装置、検査装置、計測装置、またはその他の産業用設備に関する技術サポート経験。
- 日本の顧客と直接コミュニケーションを取りながら業務を遂行した経験。

Requirements

Must Have n

- Proficiency in the Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) & Japanese language (reading, writing, and speaking);
- Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with Linux OS commands and operations.
- Experience with online specifications, including requirement clarification and specification negotiation with customers, is preferred.

Good to Have

- Experience supporting semiconductor, industrial automation, lithography, deposition, inspection, metrology, or other capital equipment.
- Experience working directly with Japanese customers.

■語学力■ Language Skill

- 中国語（マンダリン）： 読み書き・会話ができること。
- 日本語： 日本語‐ネイティブレベル　または　JLPT N2 レベル以上
- 英語： ビジネスレベル。（歓迎要件）

- Mandarin Chinese - Read, Write and Speak
- Japanese – Native or above JLPT N2 equivalent
- English – Business level (Good to have)
