Job Summary
We are seeking a Portuguese-speaking Analyst to support global Accounts Receivable Cash Applications operations for LAD countries.
The role is primarily responsible for accurately and timely processing customer-payment transactions, applying and reconciling receipts against customer invoices, resolving routine payment-application issues, and maintaining accurate customer accounts. The role operates within established procedures, internal controls, compliance requirements, and service-level agreements, with non-standard or policy-sensitive matters appropriately escalated.
