Your Contribution:
As a Senior Quality Inspector reporting to the Quality Manager, your responsibilities will be:
- Ensure condition and calibration status of measuring equipment used is maintained. Understand the QMS procedures. Understand and use the MBMS System.
- Detection of non-conforming product being manufactured.
- Involvement in PDCA Activities
- Compliant to systems and procedures within the Quality Department.
- Perform inspection and verification in accordance with procedures and drawings.
- Maintain Inspection records.
- Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment.
- Ensure the effective control of suspect / defective material.
- Perform Product Quality audit during production / Pre–Buy Off.
- Ensure condition and calibration status of measuring equipment used is maintained in accordance with procedures.
- Participate in problem solving with production and technical.
Your Experience and Qualifications:
- Matriculated with Maths
- Computer Literate. Proficient in Excel and have knowledge of SAP.
- Knowledge of drawings
- Working knowledge of measurement instruments.
- Minimum 5 years quality experience with understanding with OEM requirements.
