Role
As a TM/Line In charge – Civil ,your role will be to coordinate & Execute Civil Infra Projects across multiple locations pan India maintaining time, safety & quality standards to facilitate operations.
A purpose driven role for you
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Coordinate & Execute Civil Infra Activities
- Conduct daily progress review with PMC and vendors to ensure adherence to time schedule and cost.
- Identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide inputs & coordinate scheme, design and drawings preparation for work execution
- Tendering of work activities for execution.
- Review vendor bills against work execution
2. Innovation & advancement
- Sustainability initiatives
- IGBC/LEED Compliances
- Cost optimization
3.Control of Budgets
- Periodic Budgets Review
- Cost Avoidance

Academic Qualification & Experience
Graduation in Civil Engineering
Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction, (3+ years in an automotive firm)
