Roles & responsibilities
• Lead sourcing initiatives across IT categories including software, SaaS, hardware, infrastructure, AMCs, professional services including IT FMS, telecom and cyber security. • Drive commercial negotiations and manage vendor relationships. • Oversee contract drafting, review, and execution with Legal and IT teams. • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and risk frameworks. • Partner with IT stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with technology needs. • Drive cost optimization, license consolidation, and value realization. • Manage contract renewals and lifecycle planning. • Strategic sourcing. • Support procurement systems such as Coupa, SAP, or Ariba. • Spend analysis. • Contract repository and management. • MIS Reporting and presentations. • • •
This role is for you if you have the below
Educational qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred), or CPSM, CIPS, CPIM, CPP. .
Work experience
• 8–12 years of IT Procurement experience for large MNCs. • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. • Analytical Skills, Presentation & Interpersonal Skills • Large shared services/MNCs •
