Standardization & Harmonization of Packaging Integrity Test Across Alcon Batam Product Portfolios
This project aims to establish a standardized and scientifically justified seal integrity testing approach across Alcon Batam product portfolios. The intern will evaluate existing testing methodologies, identify gaps and variation among product lines, assess applicable industry standards and best practices, and recommend a harmonized testing framework. The outcome will support consistent routine inspection practices, strengthen quality compliance, and improve operational efficiency across consumable and IOL product families
