What we expect

- Support the day-to-day operations of the team you are placed in, based on your interests and background.

- Keep records accurate, organized, and up to date, and prepare simple reports when needed.

- Follow our processes and procedures carefully and flag issues early.

- Work with colleagues across teams and share information clearly.

- Learn our tools and processes quickly and contribute to team goals from the start.

Who we are looking for

- Ability to communicate in English, both in writing and verbally.

- Associate or bachelor’s degree.

- Entry-level: no specific work experience is required; internship or part-time experience is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail and a careful, organized way of working.

- Clear communication with colleagues from different teams.

- A strong willingness to learn and grow.
